Features of the New Type Rubber Kneader
1. Mixing chamber is consisted of two side plates and the ω -shaped weld by high-quality steel plates; The jacketed structure is used for cooling or heating; And the inner surface is treated with chromium plating.
2. The thermal resistance: The middle of the mixing chamber bottom is equipped with plug-in thermal resistance and connected with the electric control system, so as to monitor and control the mixing temperature.
3. Rotor: Banbury rotor; The holes in the rotor shaft center are connected with the inner cavity of the convex ridge, and form the cooling and heating channel. The wear-resisting cemented carbide on the ridge peak and surfacing is polished after the graining and hard chromium plating.
4. Heating and cooling system adopt a set of general pipeline system to make the cooling water or heating steam flow into the convex ridge, mixing chamber and the ram cavity in three paths, so as to cool or heat the materials circularly.
5. Roll-over mechanism: The class-II retarding mechanism is consisted of the braking motor, cycloid reducer, spiral gear and helical gear, so as to drive the mixing chamber to rotate around the front rotor about 140° .
6. Sealing device is sealed by the floating oil film with three defensive lines of rotor shaft and end faces. It is durable and the powder leakage is thoroughly solved.
7. The main transmission system is consisted of the main motor, reducer, speed-ratio gear box; The two rotors achieve the opposite differential rotation.
8. The pneumatic control system is controlled by PLC command; The rise and fall of the ram is driven by the two-way cylinder. When the mixing is overloaded, the ram rises automatically and plays a role in protecting the motor. It is feasible to forcibly raise the ram through manual operation in an emergency.
9. Electrical control system adopts the imported PLC device; All the electronic components are imported.
