Waste Tire Scrap Recycling Machine / Rubber Powder Making Machine


1. Machine Fuctions:
As the increase of using cars and trucks, waste tyre also increasing all the time. Due to the rubber are not perishable, so waste tyres pollute the environment very serious. There are three waste tyre recycling method: Burning, pyrolysis oil and rubber powder.
From the chart we can see that recycling the waste tyres to rubber powder is the best way, and furtunately the rubber powder are used widely:
1. Rubber powder to be maded reclaimed rubber production sheet material used in the manufacture of machine pads, roadbed mat, cushion, floor tile etc.
2. Production waterproofing materials, waterproofing paint, waterproof and sealed material, etc.

3. With a rubber granule manufacture for shoe soles, according to a certain proportion, directly after joining mixed refine used to neutralize all kinds of sole.

. Process flow:


1st step: Tyre debeader, to separate the wire ring from the tyre sidewall.

2nd step: Whole tyre cutter (used for bigger than 1200MM tyres, if the diamter of your tyre is smaller than 1200mm, no need this ), to make the whole tyre to big blocks.

3th step: Whole tyre shredder (with whole tyre conveyor and shredded block conveyor), to make the whole tyre which is small than 900mm and big blocks to small blocks which the size is about 50x50 mm.

REMARKS:

Gear box: Hardness teeth, Model: ZSY315, not ZQ series

Knives: Material: H3, Germany standard, forged, heat treatment by high frequency, not use 45# steel which the price is more cheaper(only 1/3 of H3 ), but the life is more shorter! The life of the knives is the most important for the shredder machine.
4th step: Tyre crusher, crush the rubber block into rubber powder and granule.

Analysis for output:
1). XKP400 rubber crusher:
Output: 4500-6000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.

2). XKP450 rubber crusher:
Output: 7000-12000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.

3). XKP560 rubber crusher:
Output: 10000-17000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.

5th step: Big conveyor equipment for rubber gruanule, to conveyor the rubber block into crusher.
6th step: Big shaking screen, to screen the block back to crusher, to screen the powder to small conveyor.
7th step: Small conveyor equipment, to conveyor the rubber powder to magnetic roller.
8th step: Big magnetic separator, to separate the powder and wire.
9th step: Small shaking screen, to screen the bigger powder back to crusher, screen the right powder to small magnetic separator.

10th step: Small magnetic separator, separate the powder and wire again to get more pure rubber powder.

11th step: Fiber separator, if you recycle fiber tyre, you need this machine to separate the fiber from powder.
