Rubber floor vulcanizer is specially producing rubber floor tile, each layer vulcanizing two sets of mould, turns configuration of sulfide, can effectively improve the production efficiency. At the same time configuration manual push-pull mould device, it is more convenient to operate.
Description:
1. This kind of machine is multi-functional beacuse it is suitable to be used for top opening double or triple mold plates.
2. High force employs dual pressure, and each oil system is designed seperately which makes it stable, quiet and low frequency of malfunction when working. Two sides can be operated simultaneously.
3. The electric system adopt PLC programming control, which is easy to be operated.
4. Automatic in/out mold and ejector device, low labor strength.
5. Optional normal valve or proportional valve, advanced oil way matching, reduce energy consumption.
6. It is possible to adjust the speed of opening/closing the mold. It is very accurate and reliable.
7. Molds can be positioned precisely. A 100% safty design for position is avaliable to prevent molds from damaging.
