The rubber mainly applied to sulfurizing various kinds of rubber belt track and flat belt, with jaw-type structure, this machine is convenient for operation with high productivity. The press is adopted with PLC controller. So it is more automatic and intelligent.
Aplication of tyre tread vulcanizing machine:
1. Two dual-action cylinders for fast mold open / close;
2. Provided with mass flow prefill valve;
3. Automatic mold forward / backward;
4. PLC controlled;
5. Unit area pressure no less than 45kg/cm ² To ensure the density of the tyre-surface
6. Multiple options of layer number and tables;
7. Hydraulic pressure components and electrical equipment imported or of local famous brand, to ensure reliable performance.
