Details of automatic line:
This tire crushing system could process nylon and radial tyres automatically, the outer diameter of tyres could be maximum 1,200mm,
 
if the outer diameter of tyre is more than 1,200mm, then we need to pre-treatment, cutting big tyre into small pieces no more than 1,200mm, at the same time separating and collecting steels and fibers from waste tires.
 
The processing capacity could be 300-4,000kg per hour and output rubber granule could be 1-120mesh. With water cooling down system.
