General: This rubber powder production line to produce 30 mesh rubber powder from waste tyre of Dia. 600mm-1200mm. Output: 500kgs/hour to 1000kgs/hour. This is an full-automatic line which is quite labor saving(2-3 workers for the completely production line is enough).


Working flow of the rubber powder production line:
1. Drawout steel wire
2. Cut off the whole tyre to two pieces( this step is for Dia. 1200mm or bigger tyres)
3. Shred the whole tyre into blocks
4. Crush the blocks into rubber powder
5. Shaking equipment to screen out 30 mesh powders
6. Separate the small steel powders
7. Separate the nylon fibers
8. Get 30 mesh powder
