1. This whole tire shredder can cut whole tire into 50x50mm, and 60x60mm rubber block as you need.
2. The oversize types can be cut to small pieces by whole tire cutter.
Working process of the whole production line:
Waste tire - Tire de beader- whole tire cutting - tire shreddering - Rubber crushing - Rubber powder
First step: Tire de bearder, it is used to pull the steel wire out of tire
Second step ( optional): It is used when tire size is larger than 850mm
Third step: Tire shredder
1. This whole tire shredder can cut whole tire into 50x50mm, and 60x60mm rubber block as you need.
2. The oversize types can be cut to small pieces by whole tire cutter.
Fourth step: Rubber crusheris used to grind the chunks into smaller mesh powder through the vibrating screen as youneed.
Fifth step: Magetic separator is used to separate the steel from the pwoder.
Fiber separator(optional): It is used to separate nylon or fiber from the powder.
End product: Rubber powder ( we can produce the powder mesh we need)
