GENERAL
This production line including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber
we also have semi-automatic tire recycling machine
*6: there is 3 types of rubber crusher, you can choice the suitable one ,it is depend on the output!
#9: you donot need Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder bigger than 30 mesh. but we need it if the powder less than 30 mesh and the number of this machine depend on the output!

30-40mesh: 2500-4500kg/24 hour
40-60mesh: 2000-3500kg/24 hour
60-80mesh: 1500-2600kg/24 hour

Knives material: H3 , Germany standard, forged, heat treatment by high frequency, some factory only use 45# steel, the Price is more cheaper(only 1/3 of H3 ), but the life is more shorter! The life of the knives is the most important for the shredder machine.
