New Technology Reclaimed Rubber Making Machine
It is used for making regeneating rubber (reclaimed rubber), the materials are rubber powder and some chemicals ( Bipentene; Rubber powder; Solid coal tar; Rosin; Activator420...Etc)
Function:
1. More models for choice
Regarding the devulcanizer, its heating mode has electrical, oil and steam.
Especialy the electric heating, it has high effetive, lower pollution. To devlcanize about 2 tons rubber powder only
Need 2-2.5 hours
2. Advanced technical
For pre-refiner and refiner,
* use bearing bush, reduce the frictional force, save electrical cost.
* grease lubricate by manual pump, can control the grease quantity, to prevent leakage.
* use heardness teeth gear box(reducer), very lower noise
2. Processing step & machines list
Rubber powder+chemicals------devulcanizing----prerefiner(2 sets ) ----refiner ------strainer ---regenerating rubber (reclaimed rubber)
