Full-Automatic Foam EVA Injection Moulding Machine
The foam EVA injection molding machine is fully hydraulic and automatic operation except taking product. It is PLC controlled, its humanized parameter computer operation interface provide quick and exact terms of production. Its product range includes EVA mid-sole, slippers, sport protectors and various kinds of shoe accessories.
1. Low Operation Height
Operation height in accord with human engineering
2. Extra Height Opening Stoke
Act by fixed opening stroke: 350mm, which is not affected by any mould thickness changes and available for 2 plates mould.
3. Mould Thickness Adjusting Mechanism
Mould adjusting scope: 100-200MM
4. Rapid Mould Opening
Act by toggle mechanism which opens the mould rapidly.
5. Speedy Injector movement
Driven by linear-track, allowing speedy moving and precise positioning.
6. Energy Saving Design
No need water circulation for mould station, using efficient heat insulator material.
7. Space Saving Design
Put oil tank together with injection base, which makes the structure compact and saves more space.
The Advantages:
1. Upper base, movable plate, oil cylinder are made of high-quality steel (EG35), auusrue by heat treatment, flaw detection. The machine's rigidity is stronger 15% than welding plate structure. Long use no deformation.
3. Hydraulic system is adopt logical formula circuit, There's no oil seal in the circuit, no abrasion, no leak.
